Empty Net Goal (emptynetgoal.com) is an independent fan site and passion project, published by Soho Technology LLC. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect your email address only if you ask for alerts, we use it only to send those alerts, and we do not track you.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for alerts, together with the alert preference you choose. We ask you to confirm by email before anything is sent.
• Basic server logs - the kind every web server keeps (IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time). We use them only to keep the site running and secure, never to profile you.

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics trackers, no tracking pixels.
• We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for their own use.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Who helps us

Alert emails are delivered through an email sending service (Resend), which processes your address only to deliver our messages. The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles traffic to protect the site.

Your choices

• Every alert email has a link to change your alerts or unsubscribe. One click, no login.
• To have your address deleted entirely, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

Social media

We post on X and Instagram as @emptynetgoalhq. Those platforms have their own privacy policies; following or messaging us there is governed by them.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Questions: [email protected].
